1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ieltssensei.uz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

IELTS Sensei provides AI-powered IELTS practice tools including Writing and Speaking feedback, Reading and Listening tests, mock exams, and progress analytics.

IELTS Sensei is an independent preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Assessment English, IDP, or the British Council.

3. Account Rules

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free limits is prohibited.
  • Do not share your account credentials with others.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Free tier: Reading and Listening practice is free forever with no credit card required.
  • Paid plans: Charged monthly or annually as selected. Cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact us for a full refund.
  • All prices are in USD. Local currency may vary by payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
  • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the platform without permission.
  • Resell or redistribute AI feedback or content from the platform.

6. AI Feedback Disclaimer

Our AI scoring is designed to approximate IELTS examiner standards but cannot guarantee a specific band score on your actual exam. AI feedback is a practice tool, not an official assessment. Actual IELTS results depend on many factors including examiner judgment on exam day.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ieltssensei.uz — including AI models, UI, blog articles, and practice questions — is owned by IELTS Sensei unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of essays and recordings you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Sensei is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
